Hello,
I got the same error and then I realize that it is about image width and image height. Your image width and image height are 256, but in vggnet16 model they are define as 224. You can change your image width and height as 224 or you can change width and height size from 224 to 256 which is define in vggnet16.py . So they should be the same size.
