I discovered this is duplicate of tauri-apps/plugins-workspace#894.

Closing to focus the discussion there.

I was able to discover a little more about this bug. I've plugged Android Studio's logcat to my device and discovered there is an error when trying to call the show() method. The the error I got is below. But I don't know how to go deeper on my analysis now :-\
