Seems this is caused by the Graph API call, and not this library in particular.

I created a ticket on Facebook Community and got an ask to create a Direct Support ticket. See more here: https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/578317746993812/?post_id=578317750327145

Kindly follow the instructions to get help directly from the Facebook team.

Hi, You are most likely using an invalid Account ID.

To retrieve your Business Account ID:

• Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps
• Select your app
• On the left hand menu, click Whatsapp, then select "Getting Started"

• Under "Step 1: Select phone numbers", you should see the "WhatsApp Business Account ID". Copy this and use this your request.

Please paste your access token here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/accesstoken

Verify that you have the following permissions: whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging under Scopes. If you don't, it most likely explains why the calls fail.
