Apologies--I just realized that you did post the entire rake output. I mistook the "...." in the output for an edit you had made. Still, I'd prefer discussing this issue on the mailing list as it's going to take some troubleshooting. Also, that will allow the other Rabu early adopters to see it.

Try "rake shutdown release"

Then use "rake shutdown" after it's done.

I still want to troubleshoot this problem, but in the meantime I've added a 'released' folder to the repository that contains a precompiled release file.

This appears to be a local configuration issue, possibly related to the Mac "ports" project. Closing for now--you're welcome to continue discussing it on the rabu-discuss list.
