Did you check your edge index? It seems like your edge index is None.

Maybe it is caused by your pyg version. The size is None by default.

The version of my torch_geometric is 2.4.0

Change the code to size = self._check_input(edge_index, size). You also should update other similar functions.

If you train geom, you should comment the validation code or split the valid set by yourself.
