TARS_MYSQL_IP: tars数据库的ip //框架数据库IP？还是业务服务具体数据落地保存的数据库iP呢？
TARS_MYSQL_PORT: tars数据库的port //框架数据库端口
TARS_MYSQL_USER: tars数据库的user //框架数据库账号
TARS_MYSQL_PASSWORD: tars数据库的密码 //框架数据库密码
DCACHE_MYSQL_IP: dcache数据库的ip //框架数据库IP？还是业务服务具体数据落地保存的数据库iP端口等信息呢？

WEB_HOST: TARS web平台地址 //平台地址应该要带上3000端口号，我看到
WEB_TOKEN: TARS web平台token(需要进入web平台, 用户中心上, 创建一个Token)
NODE_IP: 公共服务部署节点IP, 部署完成后, 你可以在web平台扩容到多台节点机上 //这个节点IP是框架上的节点还是具体要部署的服务子节点IP呢？

TARS_...这些变量指定框架数据库地址
DCACHE_...这些变量指定dcache db地址, 可以是独立的数据库, 也可以复用框架的
NODE_IP你要部署DCacheOptServer的节点ip, 当然这个节点是需要已经存在的
顺便问一句, 你是谁啊?

我仔细查了一下，发现打出来的这三个发布包是空包，吐血了，但是编译没有报错，顺利编译，生成了执行文件
