lsp问题解决了，使用这个工具bazel-compile-commands-extractor生成compile_commands.json，希望对后来者有所帮助。

不知道各位contributor是用的什么编辑器，vscode跳转会失效，vim下用lsp插件也不行呢，blade编译也不会生成compile_commands.json这个文件
