当时开发此插件时 webpack 的主流版本应该是 4.x，所以没有支持 webpack5，得后续抽时间补充下。
不过还是比较建议自己写 webpack 配置，可参考此 vue 模板 。vue cli 插件也是只考虑当时主流的 vue2.x 版本，且走 vue cli 插件配置的灵活性也会大打折扣，所以在上述 vue 模板 中也没考虑 vue cli 插件的使用。
