Some problems occur in the installation of TF-2.13.0

Dear Sir,

I have fixed this problem. I think the previous error is because I lack a nvcc and set the environment correctly.

Yes, As you mentioned, you should install cuda toolkit and cudnn, then you should update LD_LIBRARY_PATH and it will work. Glad the issue is resolved. Please feel free to move this issue to closed status.
