We actually manage all those dependencies inside the @covalent
packages, you do however need to have NPM +3 installed so the dependencies can be installed flatly in your node_modules
directory.
That should fix the issue.

Thanks for taking a look, I'm actually using Node 4.4.5 and NPM 3.10.5 and
it still did not pull the packages correctly. I'll try a fresh pull,

I've always gotten errors directly from the angular-material build about those dependencies, but everything still seems to work fine. Seems to be an upstream thing...
