Remember directory last used by File > Open

The Open dialog should now return to the last-used directory.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "working directory view", but in any case this 
is a standard Qt dialog, so the 
best way to improve it would be to submit bugs/feature requests to Trolltech.

I mean the left side area in the dialog window, currently showing only 
'Computer' and
'User'. It would be nice to be able to navigate the directory structure there.
