Cannot create CTF from scratch

I tried the new graphql branch using the new dev documentation (great btw!) and I did not encounter this issue.
However, I have the issue that if I add a new CTF (creating, not importing), it is not immediately shown. I have to reload the page in order to see it.

I want to withdraw my remark: it is also doesn't work for me. Now I encounter exactly the same issue.

I have zero experience with this so maybe this is all wrong, but looking at the source I think I have found the possible mistake/solution:

Creating a task has an explicit function for this: https://github.com/TFNS/CTFNote/blob/graphql/api/migrations/sqls/20210405191743-task-table-up.sql#L24
However, creating a ctf does not have this explicit function. Maybe if that is added, it does not complain about a missing secretId because it is generated inside the function?

I have fixed this issue in my fork.
