We should still work on this as well as the iOS 10 validation work when there aren't bugs blowing up on JXcore but officially it's Icebox because I'm lowering our expectations to iOS 9 for the next ship. :) I'm still hoping though that we will actually ship on iOS 10 since it isn't very much work once y'all validate JXcore on iOS 10. Basically we just have to do thaliproject/Thali_CordovaPlugin#1081
from jxcore.
