Update to chimp 0.32 and you can set custom options

Hi @samhatoum can you advise on how can we pass custom options? The link above says available options listed here can be specified via command line option, but say nothing about custom option that is not listed.

See the default Chimp configuration file for the available options. You can provide any of the options in that file via the command-line also by prefixing the listed option with --

I run something like below in my environment, and my option doesn't seem to be honored.

chimp.js --port=80 --host="hub-cloud.browserstack.com" --key="foo" --debug --user="barr" --browser=IE --browserstack.debug=true --browserstack.networkLogs=true --platform=WINDOWS features/my.feature

Looking at chimp-helper.js, it seems unknown options are just ignored.
