I'm refactoring the whole domain and denormalizer modules... for a stable v1.0.0
At the moment I think the sagas will be moved to an other module... for example cqrs-saga...

For version < v1.0.0 at the sagas work like: https://github.com/adrai/cqrs-sample/blob/master/domain/sagas/itemSaga.js#L5
