Domain validation/rules design question

When a validation rule or a business rule fails a commandRejected event will be automatically published(but not stored) with the appropriate reason. I've pushed a business rule example in cqrs-sample (https://github.com/adrai/cqrs-sample).

Thanks, that verifies my understanding of the design: The violation needs to be communicated back to the client (user) by some other notification mechanism (email or maybe sockets).
