Feature Request: Image gallery featuring support for various *booru style hosts.

gelbooru, danbooru, furrybooru, derpibooru, etc. All of these sites use the same general setup though not all the same underlying software. Probably prone to breakage as there's no exposed machine-readable API so you'll need to read and process the HTML, hope Rust has a BeautifulSoup equivalent.

Feature Request: WHOIS lookups

Bug: Weather module does not currently accept postal codes.

Should at minimum accept US and Canadian postal codes (5 number format, 9 number format could also be accepted and discard the last 4, as no weather service is going to be that granular)

Remind me in X time that Y

An alternate syntax for the reminder system.
Sample:

Feature Request: Routing of mathematical queries to WolfRamAlpha

This should look for signs that a question is mathematical in nature, such as the usage of common variable names (x, y, z, theta, r), operators (=, +, *, /, etc) words that can sub for operands (what is 4 divided by 2, etc) and pass any such queries to wolfram|alpha, returning a summary of the first result.

As wr|a queries can take a while, maybe have an initial response of "Please wait..." before actually returning the query response.

Feature Request: Routing of unknown queries to DuckDuckGo.

Questions of the form (question helper) is (x)? (ie what/who/where/why/how is (x)) should be routed to duckduckgo verbatim. This mirrors the way Cortana uses Bing to answer unknown queries, and is an easy way to expand functionality.

Feature Request: "When I'm next active" setting for reminders.

The idea here would be to have it send you the reminder immediately the next time it sees a line from you, with an ability to bump the reminder for later.

right now he only checks during the hardscan, but that's a bit less than useful :P
