Ah, I think you're trying to click on the camera "token", rather than the player token, right? The shroud can currently only ever be added to a player token, not to the camera feed.

Did you see the above reply from me? I think the issue you're referring to is, that you can't add shrouds to video feeds - because the shrouds have to go on the token. So you need to click in the top half of the player token rather than their video feed.

I have now seen your comment. Now I know, the behaviour is consistent.

I assumed that it would be the same with or without camera

Can you please take a screenshot or, even better, record a video of this issue? I have no problem adding death shrouds on the first (or any other) day to any player.

I’ll try and get a screenshot/video of this when I next play online.

I noticed during my play session on Sunday that I’m perfectly able to add the death shroud when the camera interface is disabled - such as when a player does not have a camera connected or at night time. If a player has a camera connected, even if they’ve turned it off temporarily, the shroud won’t appear on hover.

Apologies, I forgot to get a video of this, and I realise now that my cursor is now showing in these screenshots.

In this screenshot, my cursor is hovering just above the video feed of the player called “Ben” and the option to add the shroud isn’t showing.

In this screenshot, my cursor is hovering above “Boardathome” and the option to add the shroud is clearly showing.

The constant in each case appears to be that the camera feed is showing. When a player does not have a camera plugged in, when cameras are turned off, or at night (when cameras automatically turn off), the option to add a shroud works perfectly.

When you’re in a view where a camera shows, the shroud doesn’t appear on hover.
