This is fixed in the latest version of the sdk @armanmamyan

@armanmamyan thanks for letting us know, looks like the problem is back, so our CRA and Vite examples aren't working currently. We're looking into it and will get back to you.

I've tried to downgrade react to version 17.0.2 but still got an error

This is happening again. I resolved it here: #3. Maybe those steps should be added to documentation until dependencies are updated?
