Allow generic types for IdentityUser key

Hi @FairlieAgile

I am aware of the possibilities that the underlying ASP.NET Identity dependency ships and offers like for example the generic interface IdentityUser<TKey>. Also the OpenIddict ships with all its entities having a generic key-type and if you want you can specify to setup them with your key-types of choice.

If I find time in the near future to work on openiddict-ui I try to consider your request here (probably first going with option 1 of your proposal). Until then you either need to be patient or even better and if its a no-brainer for you, you contribute. Appropriate PR's are welcome.

Thanks Thomas, I have created a pull request that will hopefully solve the problem. I ended up going with the 2nd option. As the account service creates some identity objects, I could not find a way to get this to work with a generic “class” restriction. Happy to revise if you can think of a better way.
