I noticed that the option seems to have potentially snuck it's way back in the 0.6.1 release, as when trying to select a smart option in an executive action, it will instead seemly cause your client to lose connection to the game server.

It still just disconnects you from the server if you try to select Smart Tax as executive action

Bug still exists in 0.7.0 with the version 10 update.
