This is resolved in auto/generate_test_runner.rb. See create_main function:

output.puts(" UnityBegin();")
output.puts(" Unity.TestFile = "#{filename}";")

.....

UnityBegin call is generated first, then Unity.TestFile is set.

And UnityBegin contents could be

void UnityBegin(void)
{
//Clear the entire Unity structure
UNITY_COUNTER_TYPE i;
char* Buffer = (char_)(void_)(&Unity);

for (i=0; i < sizeof(Unity); i++)
    *Buffer++ = 0;

}
