lf %>%
  group_by(x) %>%
  arrange(y, .by_group = TRUE) %>%
  show_query()
#> <SQL> SELECT *

@edgararuiz do you want to take this one? It should require adding an additional argument to arrange.tbl_lazy(), saving the boolean in the op_arrange object, and then tweaking op_sort.op_arrange()
