I've done some refactoring towards fixing this and other errors. Not done by far, but it would be interesting to get some input on this. More info in this comment: #21 (comment).

Could you try to re-pair with your watch? Delete the /home/user/.config/garmin-extractor/SERIAL/1124595/authfile file and try again. I should add some command line parameters to do stuff like this.
