So what did you have in mind here?
Perhaps a function you pass in the track elements from JMeter variables like so:

${__generateTrack2(${PAN},=,${EXP},${SC},${PVK},${PVV},${CVV})}

I don't see the benefit over simply concatenating the variables in the sampler field, e.g.

${PAN}=${EXP}${SC}${PVK}${PVV}${CVV}

However, I don't understand why the PANs have to be generated during the test as opposed to before the test.
I would normally generate a CSV file that can include the track data too.

@tilln how do you pass pan with related data like track2 in iso8583? Pan and track2 located in single file or seperate csv?
How they parse and pass to iso8583 plugin?
