Found a great pattern, that allows for a Given/When/Then pattern.

I use the following structure:

Namespace - When
Class - Given
Then - Function

Using the classes for the pre conditions, you only have to do the setup once and can test multiple things. Could even consider to factor out the act execution bit.
The advantage is that you can nest classes to do conjunctions of pre conditions.
On the function level you can still use different TestCases to test more than one input value.

The only downside so far is that you are not able to specify common functions on the namespace level. This could really be helpful.
