Unfortunately I used this command line option pretty frequently and my Tidal had been absolutely littered with duplicate playlists :/

If you ran into the same issue, and if you don't have too many playlists, probably safest to go through and manually delete the duplicates. If you're like me and that would take too long, you might want to write a little script. For example I did this to delete ALL my existing playlists, and then I just ran sync again afterwards. Obviously this might not be ideal for you if you've added your own playlists on Tidal, so you'll probably want to adapt it to your own needs:

from auth import open_tidal_session
from sync import get_tidal_playlists_dict
from tidalapi_patch import delete_tidal_playlist

# Script to WIPE ALL YOUR PLAYLISTS ON TIDAL: USE WITH CAUTION
session = open_tidal_session()
playlists = get_tidal_playlists_dict(session)
for p in playlists:
    delete_tidal_playlist(session, p)

from spotify_to_tidal.
