Could it be in different autoloads files this package and other theme packages have?

Ok, looks like I should have used (use-package base16) as defined in base16-theme-pkg.el.
I can't check it at the moment but anyway... Is this intended to rename file base16-pkg.el to base16-theme-pkg.el but not package itself? :)

Changing base16-theme to base16 doesn't help -- (error "Package `base16-' is unavailable").

Simple line in init.el (load-theme 'base16-tomorrow-dark t) -- works. But that is fragile.
