setting images_upload_url doesn't show upload tab on image dialog

Editor(:init="{ images_upload_url: 'upload.php' }") doesn't look like correct vue code, it should be something like <editor :init="{ images_upload_url: 'upload.php' }"></editor>

it's written in pug, but it doesn't matter.
even though the code below still doesn't work as expected.

Hmm, maybe there's some problem with pug or something else, works without a problem for me with an editor that looks like this:

That is unrelated, language packs are not available on TinyMCE Cloud, you have to download the language packs and link then in via the language_url setting.
