I released 1.100.7 of the Maven plugin. Should be available in Maven Central within a few minutes.

Without any change to git, it moves?
Can you reproduce it in an open repository? Impossible to investigate with current information.

Yes without any git change it moves at the changelog. I made a public repo and i can reproduce the effect. If i release via an maven gitflow plugin multiple times with only the pom version updating this strange behavior happens.

At the Version 0.0.6 there is a commit testing which happend at Version 0.0.5 not at Version 0.0.6. To verify here is a git log from that Version 0.0.5 see:
