i am a PhD student @ the Tri-institutional Program in Computational Biology and Medicine, a joint program between Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), Cornell and its medical college, and the Rockefeller University. i research on {cancer biology ♋ } U {interpretable prediction models 🖥️} @ Dr. Niki Schultz's lab and Dr. Quaid Morris' lab @ MSK, specifically working on leveraging time-series clinical lab test results to bridge the gap between cancer patients' genotypical (mutation signatures from sequencing) and phenotypical (outcomes and progressions) information. on the side, i am working on microbiome 🦠 projects with Dr. Wodan Ling and Dr. Chris Mason.
my hobbies lie in the power set of {choral and a cappella music, vocal recording, piano}.
