That sounds useful! I've added a --dates option in 0f32c1c / release v0.0.2 that outputs the date in the first column:
▶ waybackurls --dates example.com
2002-01-20T14:25:10Z http://example.com:80/
2012-07-09T04:21:14Z http://example.com:80/!
2014-09-01T04:59:57Z http://www.example.com:80/!!
