If you were allowed to use script tags, yes. But you can't

If they we're pre-parsed or you had the option to pre-parse the body for twemoji that or just replace site-side emojis with twemoji, they're much better than some of the default PC fonts since some fonts on some machines dont even have emojis

If pre-parsed yes it could be useful actually. May be a suggestion that should be put on the main org repo though not docs
