New cuda-convnet2 code

well, the first is to figure out if it's license compatible to "borrow". the old code (cuda-convnet) was new-bsd, so it was completely okay to borrow, anyone has any idea what the Apache license looks like for derivative code?

Looks like the API for the filterActs kernels is pretty similar, so if the license is fine, we can port them over pretty easily.

That repo has been kept with the same license as cuda-convnet2 (apache 2.0), so it's all good to go.
