на обычную стрелочку (x2190) поменять совсем 
не сложно. правда читается она плохо..
мелоко очень и не четко. а вот более широкие 
(типа x21E6) воспроизвести не удалось
так как видимо шрифт, которым печатается в 
диалоге содержит не все юникодные символы
и отображается квадратиком.

Версию со стрелочкой зачекинил но думаю 
стоит изменить шрифт в диалоге и вывести
нормальную крупную стрелку, поэтому пока в 
пофиксенные рекламацию не перевожу

Это было как предложение - если не читается, 
то фиг с ним - пусть будет как раньше. 

Шрифт мне кажется там везде один и тот же - 
его гугл специально для андроида
заказывал - можно просто попробовать 
увеличить его размер.
