first i have to say that this is not a official support forum.
For questions/support i would recommend you to use the official ways also mentioned on https://www.tradebyte.io/apireference.html (e-mail / contact form)

I checked the API´s they work correctly in my case. I guess https://www.tradebyte.io/apireference.html is meant for
rather small data then big data. Maybe your tests run to long or the response would be to big.

I would recommend to try it out with curl/a programming language of your choice.

first i reached out to your support before posting the issue here.

• I tested the request with only 15 orders available.

It takes time, is there any parameter to limit query to retrieve only X orders?

I used what you mentioned, the SDK and the example provided by FATCHIP, but the same result.
Everything works fine (articles, stocks) beside the 'Orders list'

I can not help further from outside. 15 orders seems not like a load issue.

Unfortunately i didn't receive any reply from your side via the official support.
Also here the issue is still persisting in the Get orders.
