With the next Traefik v2.2 (in RC today) you can enable the redirect on entry-point

@andr0272 couple other notes:

• to be a blanket rule you need to crank the priority up with a new option --entrypoints.web.http.redirections.entrypoint.priority=10000
• this option now supports :<port> syntax --entrypoints.web.http.redirections.entryPoint.to=websecure so regardless of the port it's actually bound to you can for redirect to :443 (ie: the port of the k8s svc)
