Hey @peterlustik, we're indeed currently lacking of legal stuff, and we will try to work with a lawyer when we can to improve this. Until that, you're free to use Trefle data as you want, and this will always be the case for nonprofit organizations.
About the data uploaded through the "Complete our data", the name or the organization of the user which uploaded the source will be filled into the "sources" key of a plan (available for example in the https://trefle.io/api/plants/137596?token=$TOKEN&q=strawberry endpoint once the change has been reviewed and accepted.
