You have to loop through the item_image as is if you also want more data out of then, otherwise you can loop through item_image|keys which will be just an array (of 1 item in your case) with just the paths that you can then render src=“{{ url(image) }}”

Sorry, is not clear how I would have to change the line:

img class="card-img-top" src="{{ ??? }}" alt="Card image cap"

{{ url(image) }} doesn't work

I access all the items with

{{ entry.WHATEVER }}

using:

{{ item_image|keys }}

returns error:

"An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given")."

do I have to use dot notation to get to the single string containing the path?
like:

{{ item_image|keys.0 }}

or something similar?

After what you told me I tried experimenting and at last I found the solution!

      {% for key in entry.item_image|keys %}
      <img class="card-img-top" src=" {{ url(key) }} " alt="Card image cap">
      {% endfor %}
