I've actually rewritten how the indexing works in the current develop branch (soon to be 3.0). It now spawns a process and runs the CLI command even when indexing from the admin. BTW, It requires the latest Grav 1.6 beta as it uses the new Symfony Process library.

Okey, so digging deeper into this it seems that the names have nothing to do with it. What seems to be the defining factor is that these two pages have a twig inject;
{{ page.find('/docs/homelab/_featured').content }}
If I remove that line they are indexed just fine. Looking at the code I don't understand why that is, and they are indexed running the CLI command;
Added 1 /
...
Added 4 /docs/homelab
...
Total rows 12
But running the indexing from the admin panel; 10 documents indexed
.

I'll be happy to assist in investigating, but I'm a bit stuck trying to understand the difference in indexing from the admin panel and the CLI. Let me know what I can do to help.

@rhukster Any ETA on 1.6 stable?

I would say sometime in November. We’ve been using it in extensively in our client projects and it is solid but we may want to add some more goodies before final release.

Sorry this is taking longer than expected! We keep adding new stuff, and now i have to get some documentation together.

Parts of at least one of my pages do not produce results on search words. Reindexing makes no difference. SimpleSearch finds what I am looking for but TNTSearch is not finding words on one page in particular. I know this is a broad description but I am not sure what info to share to narrow this down. The only main difference I can note is that the page that is having issues is entirely html for paragraphs and lists. Learn2 Git Sync v1.5.9 TNT v3.2.0 Grav v1.6.26 - Admin v1.9.15
How should I proceed with troubleshooting?
