First of all, when reporting a bug on any open-source software you should always try the latest released version. In this case it seems you are running a Ubuntu/Debian package, then you should report it to their bug tracker.

Now, the log states that "Update URL query failed", so updating your DNS record unfortunately failed. This can be due to your DDNS provider (Afraid) timing out, being overloaded, or a bug in Inadyn.

No it has been compiled from latest sources in debian way by me

I don't know. Do u suggest me to change my DDNS ? Perhaps is it the first
thing to do...

The latest version in Debian is not always the same as the upstream (me).

First try building 1.99.5, from the FTP URL I provided in my first answer. There has been many fixes to Inadyn since the version you are running that Debian currently provides.
