@sdansher - I've had to deal with this almost exclusively.

What I've always done is normally these servers have a few fields which allow you to query all records (normally I do from date on) making my query look something like:

select=uniqueID query=1990-01-01+

I then store these in a CSV when they come back to me.

After I get them back I then iterate over all of the records in batches of normally about 100-200 downloading each of them based on the keys that I have.
