hi!

you seem to use native windows 10 python, right? There is no CDO binary for windows10. CDO works on POSIX-compatible operating systems (Unix, Linux, BSD, HP-UX,...)

on windows machines you have two options

• cygwin: a POSIX-layer that comes with pre-build binaries incl. CDO (www.cygwin.com)
• the Linux Subsystem of your win10 box. In early versions of windows10 you had to activate the developer mode for this. With the current version, just install bash or Ubuntu from the Store and run it like a normal app. It startes a (virtual) ubuntu system, in which you can use CDO, python and all other linux tools.
