Combining the Docker image and the CLI like this is not supported.
Look at the source Dockerfile used for Ghost if you want to build your own image for a new, unreleased version.

Ok, back when I started it was recommended to me.
And it still works, but now has this wierd bug.
To test if it is a docker problem, I created a new folder and run the following local install command with this ghost-5.71.0.tgz.zip file:
ghost install --archive /home/test/Downloads/ghost-5.71.0.tgz local
And as I expected, the bug persists.
It still seams to be a bug in the update/install process via tgz file or a bug while packaging with yarn archive.

The cause of the issue described was found by @sergiosgc over here
Looks like a package that is imported twice in the build files is responsible.
The issue will be further discussed on the ghost side of things, because the ghost-cli is not responsible for the error.
