Split Grunt configs into separate files

Update:
I have been trying this system out using load-grunt-configs and have grouped related tasks together, but I don't know if it makes it easier to use Grunt.

See below for an example:

I would love to get some feedback on this.

I like the split, but I'd keep the watch tasks together, as I think it makes it hard to get an overview of what is being watched.

Think the jschecks.js could be moved in with javascript though to simplify.

I like it otherwise, looks good.

@ashleynolan has split the configs now. I think they improve our Grunt workflow from the time that I've used it. Have a look at https://github.com/tmwagency/kickoff/tree/next/config and https://github.com/tmwagency/kickoff/blob/next/Gruntfile.js for what it will look like
