Docs versioning not working

The tstrait documentation online is not reflecting the current changes in the Github repo, as the new version of tstrait is not released yet. I think we can release version 0.2.0, update website documentation, and see the version information on the updated website documentation. If it is still not working, I will try fixing the issue.

I don't see any version information on the docs website - we should have some text saying which version of tstrait the docs correspond to.

The version information is showing up when I build the tstrait doc locally on my computer. The tstrait website is not updated, and I think the version information should show up once it is updated.

It's not on the "latest" tag here, https://tskit.dev/tstrait/docs/latest/

Let's see in a few hours after #124 goes through to the website
