If you're interested in just a single file, the :show-only-this-file command will hide every file except the one the focused line is from.

For more complicated behavior, you can use the lnav_view_files SQL table[1] to control what files are shown / hidden. For example, to show only the files that match the pattern *important-server.log*, you can run:

;UPDATE lnav_view_files SET visible = 0 WHERE filepath GLOB '*important-server.log*'

If this is something you do frequently, you can put this statement in an lnav script or bind it to a hotkey.
