I tried on android5.1 later,it runs well,but on android4.4.2,it gives above failure message,on iphone4s,same as above.

What phone make and model are you running 4.4.2 on Android ?

Only iOS 8.3+ is supported.
That phone is running a 4 year old version of Android and it's a $50 phone. It may have some missing libraries.

AVANE is a wrapper for FFmpeg and is primarily targeted for Windows and OSX desktop.
iOS and Android versions are experimental and I'm not really supporting them.
