I have this problem installing "pip install bluesky-simulator[full]"

1. It looks like some packaging methods got deprecated
2. there is no binary package for your platform (since it's trying to build). What platform and python version are you using?

I have solved the problem. It was a problem with the C++ visual development tools. I reed this web that explain the problem and give you a solution.
