When performing selection, a list is created that contains every module that has at least one selected test.
It would be nice to consider changed nodes when performing selection in dependent modules. This way, -amd
could possibly be omitted.

The list of affected modules could possibly be removed automaically when processing the root module.

Affected modules are stored to a file in the termporary directory inside the outermost module and can then be used to only test affected modules.
This file is cleared when selection is run on the outermost module.
